A new beginning, and a continuing mission
On the first of September — a date that carries a particular meaning in judicial life, as the day of return to work after the judicial recess ends — it gives me pleasure and honour to announce the launch of my legal website.
Choosing this day was not coincidence. It expresses my attachment to my professional calling, and my belief that legal work is not merely a profession but a mission, a responsibility, and a trust: to defend rights, to safeguard freedoms, and to see justice done.
Through this website I hope to offer legal services and consultations to individuals and institutions, and to continue serving my clients in Palestine and Canada — drawing on professional experience, legal knowledge, and a commitment to work marked by seriousness, professionalism and diligence.
With the beginning of a new judicial year, I look forward to this step opening a new phase of work and of giving, and I ask God to grant me success in serving all who come to me seeking what is right and just.
My hope rests entirely in God's guidance, seeking His help, believing that right is a trust, justice an aim, and the law a means of protecting rights.
And God is the granter of success.

About
Mohammed M Z Beseiso is a lawyer registered with the Palestinian Bar Association, a Commissioner for Oaths in and for the Province of Alberta, and an authorized signatory for the Embassy of Palestine.
He has practised civil and Sharia law since 2005, appearing before the courts and judicial bodies of Gaza and the West Bank, and has represented thousands of clients and affected parties in legal and human rights matters. He has served as lawyer and legal counsel to a number of embassies and diplomatic missions in the Gaza Strip.
Alongside his practice he works as a licensed trainer and as a First Class arbitrator in legal disputes, with specialised training in international dispute arbitration through the League of Arab States, and professional courses and conferences in Tunisia, Jordan, Egypt, Germany and Morocco.
From Calgary he now assists clients with legal matters connected to Palestine, and provides commissioning and Embassy-authorized document services to the community.
